Storekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials for our ongoing high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory control, stock management, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stocktaking.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and other departments for stock replenishment.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe store area in compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare and handle documents such as Material Received Reports (MRR) and manage returns.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree (preferred in a relevant field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably in construction or building materials.
  • Knowledge: Inventory control systems, stock management procedures, and basic computer skills.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to use inventory software and perform data entry.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit to lift and move materials when required.
