Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
  • Vacuum, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms thoroughly
  • Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, tea/coffee, water, etc.)
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items promptly
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings carefully
  • Respond politely and professionally to guest requests
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
  • Complete assigned tasks within required time standards
