Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive personal assistant to support a business executive who oversees multiple ventures. This role is ideal for someone with strong time management and communication skills, who can also represent the executive in professional settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agenda and Schedule Management: Maintain and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
  • Communication Management: Handle calls and emails on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Meeting Representation: Represent the executive in important meetings with VIP clients and other stakeholders. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally is crucial.
  • General Assistance and Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, prepare documents, presentations, or reports, and handle other day-to-day tasks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
