Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can manage our online presence, create consistent content, support sales with marketing materials, and help drive brand awareness. This role is hands-on and requires someone organized, creative, and able to manage day-to-day digital activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Oversee daily posts for Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Manage photo/video shoots and supervise editing.
  • Ensure content is prepared according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and new trends.

2. Social Media Management

  • Handle comments, messages, and engagement on all platforms.
  • Build visibility by interacting with followers and industry accounts.
  • Stay updated on daily market news and trending topics.

3. Website & Online Presence

  • Keep the website updated with all new projects and listings.
  • Ensure project pages, photos, floor plans, and payment plans are correct.
  • Suggest new channels and platforms to expand reach.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters.
  • Create WhatsApp marketing campaigns for hot projects.

4. Content Planning & Coordination

  • Align posts with the monthly content calendar.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for new listings, shoots, and project updates.
  • Collect updated marketing packs from developers.
  • Plan site visits for photos and videos.

5. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Prepare digital brochures, presentations, and templates.
  • Assist agents with social media creatives and campaign material.

6. Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate printing of brochures, flyers, roll-up banners, etc.
  • Keep stock of all marketing collateral updated.
  • Prepare basic monthly reports (social media performance).
  • Maintain a content library (photos, videos, brochures).
  • Liaise with external vendors when needed.

7. Events & Launches

  • Provide marketing support for exhibitions and roadshows.
  • Capture content during events and post live updates.
  • Attend developer launches, gather key info, and share updates with the team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

· Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

· Proven experience in event planning and execution.

· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing user experiences.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.

· Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok, Mailchimp, and CRM platforms.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
