Job Description
We are hiring a reliable and organized Warehouse Assistant for our General Trading operations in Ajman. The role focuses on handling goods receiving, storage, order preparation, and supporting store and sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices and delivery notes.
- Arrange, label, and store products properly in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately for sales, deliveries, and transfers.
- Coordinate with indoor sales and store staff for item availability and dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits.
- Report damaged, missing, or mismatched items immediately to management.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required.
- Follow company procedures for stock handling and loss prevention.
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience as a warehouse assistant, storekeeper, or similar role in the UAE.
- Experience in general trading, electronics, or retail warehouses preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and stock organization.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving goods.
- Disciplined, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Immediate availability preferred.
