Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for our facility. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring that all machinery and equipment are functioning efficiently to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians
• Schedule and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks
• Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Oversee repairs, replacements, and upgrades of equipment and machinery
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Order and manage inventory for maintenance tools and parts
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance schedules align with production needs
• Train and mentor junior technicians

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or Engineering degree preferred
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisor or management role
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
