About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Supervisor with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS to lead sales and operations activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, meet sales targets, and manage the team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily sales and operations activities and ensure targets are achieved.

· Supervise, motivate, and support the sales and operations team.

· Manage bookings, reservations, and ticketing through Amadeus GDS.

· Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

· Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations effectively.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales and operations management in travel & tourism.

· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS.

· Leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field (preferred).
