We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cashier / Front-of-House staff member to join our Thai food restaurant located in a food court in Silicon Central Mall, Dubai. The role involves handling customer transactions, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately.
• Operate the POS/cash register, handle payments (cash, card, digital wallets), and issue receipts.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and front-of-house area.
• Assist with packaging takeaway/delivery orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cashier or FOH staff in a restaurant or food court environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication skills in English and other languages is an advantage).
• Customer service oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in handling transactions, and teamwork.

• Staff to arrange their own accommodation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
