Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Transit Mixer Driver to safely operate concrete transit mixer trucks and deliver ready mix concrete to project sites as per schedule and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate transit mixer truck safely and efficiently
• Transport ready mix concrete from batching plant to construction sites
• Ensure timely delivery as per dispatch instructions
• Maintain concrete quality during transit
• Perform daily vehicle inspection and basic maintenance checks
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with batching plant, dispatch team, and site personnel
• Maintain trip records and delivery documentation
• Report vehicle defects or breakdowns immediately

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• Knowledge of RMC delivery procedures and site safety practices
• Physically fit and safety conscious
• Basic communication skills
• Familiar with UAE roads and construction sites
• Immediate joiners preferred
