Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-oriented individual to join our clinic as a Front Desk & Sales Coordinator. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for patients while also promoting and selling our clinic’s services and products. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Administrative Duties:

  • Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments
  • Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or online system
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services, appointments, and general information
  • Maintain patient records, including intake forms and insurance information
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • Ensure waiting area and front desk are clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Educate patients about the clinic’s services, packages, and products
  • Upsell services and memberships based on patient needs
  • Track and meet monthly sales goals (services, memberships, products)
  • Follow up with potential leads and previous clients
  • Maintain knowledge of promotions, pricing, and new offerings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or sales role (preferably in a medical, wellness, or spa setting)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a clinic, medical office, or wellness Center
  • Knowledge of health or beauty products and services
  • Basic understanding of insurance billing or healthcare terminology
