We are urgently hiring for a Guest Relation Officer for our Holiday Homes.

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Officer to join our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience across our exclusive properties. As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a key role in creating a 5-star welcome and ensuring every stay runs seamlessly from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Personally welcome guests upon arrival and handle smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Perform detailed room inspections prior to guest arrival, ensuring everything is immaculate
• Deliver requested amenities or items to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns with efficiency and professionalism
• Provide local tips, concierge support, and personalized recommendations
• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations team to ensure guest-ready status at all times
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and proactively resolve any issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all property features, amenities, and services

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or luxury customer care
• Well-groomed, professional, and warm demeanor
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A guest-first mindset with high attention to detail and responsiveness
• Flexible with working hours (weekends/evenings may be required)
• Valid UAE driver’s license is a plus (for deliveries between properties)
