We are urgently hiring for a Guest Relation Officer for our Holiday Homes.
We are looking for a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Officer to join our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience across our exclusive properties. As the first point of contact for our guests, you play a key role in creating a 5-star welcome and ensuring every stay runs seamlessly from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Personally welcome guests upon arrival and handle smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Perform detailed room inspections prior to guest arrival, ensuring everything is immaculate
- Deliver requested amenities or items to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns with efficiency and professionalism
- Provide local tips, concierge support, and personalized recommendations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations team to ensure guest-ready status at all times
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and proactively resolve any issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all property features, amenities, and services
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or luxury customer care
- Well-groomed, professional, and warm demeanor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A guest-first mindset with high attention to detail and responsiveness
- Flexible with working hours (weekends/evenings may be required)
- Valid UAE driver’s license is a plus (for deliveries between properties)
