We are seeking a young, confident Female Customer Care Executive / Tele Sales professional to join our dental clinic in Deira. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups while maintaining excellent communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
• Handle tele-sales and follow-up calls for treatment plans and appointments
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
• Provide clear information about clinic services and offers
• Maintain patient records and basic administrative support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Excellent spoken and written English (must)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Tele-sales or healthcare/front desk experience is an advantage
• Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
