We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online cake business. The role requires strong coordination between kitchen, customer service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen and operational activities
  • Plan daily and weekly production schedules
  • Coordinate between kitchen, CSR, and delivery teams
  • Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched on time
  • Monitor quality control and hygiene standards
  • Track inventory and place raw material orders
  • Handle operational issues and resolve bottlenecks
  • Train and supervise staff performance

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in food & beverage or bakery operations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak periods
  • Familiarity with online order-based businesses preferred
  • Basic computer and reporting skills
