Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have previous administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general office communication
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and support basic office operations
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff
  • Must have relevant administrative experience
  • Must be able to join immediately
