Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the mechanical works on-site, ensuring that all installations are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
• Lead a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure that all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) are installed according to approved designs and safety standards.
• Perform inspections and quality control checks on-site to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of mechanical materials and tools.
• Monitor and report on the progress of mechanical works, providing regular updates to the project manager.
• Resolve any mechanical issues encountered on-site and provide technical support as required.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures on-site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in mechanical supervision, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
