We are looking for an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating mobile cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position heavy materials at construction and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes (25T, 50T, 75T, 100T or above as required) safely and efficiently
• Perform daily inspections of the crane before operation
• Follow lifting plans, load charts, and safety procedures
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors
• Ensure proper setup of crane, outriggers, and counterweights
• Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately
• Maintain crane cleanliness and basic maintenance checks
• Comply with UAE safety regulations and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mobile Crane Operator
• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle / Crane Operator License
• Knowledge of load charts, lifting techniques, and safety standards
• Experience working on construction, oil & gas, or industrial sites
• Ability to work under pressure and in different site conditions
• Physically fit and safety-oriented
• ADNOC / Aramco / site approvals (preferred but not mandatory)

Skills

• Strong understanding of crane operations and safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and lifting plans accurately
