The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the aesthetic clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care, smooth clinic workflow, staff performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role requires strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills within an aesthetic or cosmetic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, train, and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff (doctors, nurses, receptionists, therapists)
• Ensure excellent patient experience, service quality, and complaint resolution
• Coordinate doctors’ schedules, staff rosters, and clinic coverage
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with DOH/HAAD regulations and clinic policies
• Oversee inventory, consumables, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate with marketing team to support promotions, offers, and patient engagement
• Handle administrative tasks including reports, approvals, and documentation
• Ensure hygiene, safety standards, and infection control protocols are followed
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
• Liaise with head office, management, and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in an aesthetic / cosmetic clinic
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, clinic workflows, and patient handling
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve issues professionally
• Familiarity with clinic management systems (ClinicPro, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
