Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive with a Forex background to promote our trading products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into active clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Forex trading services
- Explain Forex products, trading platforms, and account types clearly to clients
- Convert leads into funded trading accounts and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the retention and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay updated on Forex market trends, products, and company offerings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Forex tele sales or financial services sales
- Strong knowledge of Forex trading concepts and terminology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with regulated Forex brokers
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi a plus)
- Strong persuasion and closing skills
