As a Waitress

• Greet customers politely and assist them with seating
• Present menus and explain food and beverage items
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards

As a Cashier

• Prepare and present bills to customers
• Operate the POS system efficiently
• Receive payments (cash, card, online/digital payments)
• Issue receipts and return correct change
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift
• Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor/manager

Customer Service & Compliance

• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times
• Follow company policies, UAE labor laws, and restaurant procedures
• Ensure confidentiality of cash and customer information

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a waitress or cashier preferred
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
• Honest, reliable, and well-groomed
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
