- Proficiency in using warehouse software and inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and the kitchen team
- Physical ability to handle stock movement and warehouse tasks
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of stock items in the warehouse
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs timely
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and daily stock movements
- Conduct periodic stock counts and support internal audits
