Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for administrative, clerical, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for daily office operations
  • Manage reception duties, greet clients, and handle calls and emails professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor management
  • Support clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain property-related records, documents, and databases
  • Coordinate AMC schedules, renewals, and follow-ups with service providers
  • Track maintenance requests and service reports
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other office documentation
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record management
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Male Candidate Only (due to the nature of work)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative (UAE)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle clients professionally

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in property management or facilities management
  • Knowledge of AMC contracts and maintenance coordination
  • Experience working in UAE/GCC environment
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
