Shop In-Charge – Stationery Shop
We are hiring a responsible and experienced Shop In-Charge to manage daily operations of our stationery shop. The ideal candidate will handle customer service, inventory control, sales supervision, and ensure smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day shop operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
- Assist customers, drive sales, and achieve targets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and product arrangement
- Supervise staff (if applicable)
Requirements:
- 2–3 years retail or stationery shop experience
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of stationery and office supplies (preferred)
- Basic computer and POS skills
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
