– Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, emails, or chat inquiries.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools/methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.

– Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
