Full job description

Key Responsibilities:
OWN VISA ONLY

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and cutlery using manual and mechanical cleaning methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and back-of-house areas at all times.
  • Dispose of garbage and waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
  • Refill kitchen supplies, such as soaps, sanitizers, and cleaning materials.
  • Assist chefs and cooks with basic preparation work as requested.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored safely after use.
  • Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies strictly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
  • Support other kitchen staff during busy service hours.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in kitchen or stewarding work (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and long standing hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
