Key Responsibilities:
OWN VISA ONLY
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and cutlery using manual and mechanical cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and back-of-house areas at all times.
- Dispose of garbage and waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
- Refill kitchen supplies, such as soaps, sanitizers, and cleaning materials.
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic preparation work as requested.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored safely after use.
- Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies strictly.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Support other kitchen staff during busy service hours.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in kitchen or stewarding work (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and long standing hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
