We Are Hiring: Assistant Mechanic

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Assistant Mechanic to support mechanical maintenance, repairs, and daily workshop operations under the guidance of senior mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in mechanical repairs and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, or machinery
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Help with tools, spare parts, and workshop organization
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Perform basic diagnostics and repair tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in mechanical work or a related field
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision
• Physically fit and able to work in site/workshop conditions
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred:

• Technical certificate or diploma in mechanics
• Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or facilities maintenance
