How You’ll Shine:
- Directly manage the in-house marketing team, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary.
- Ensure total site marketing conversion is aligned with established company standards.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to tour statuses, bookings, coding, and guest interactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including invitations and daily tour manifests for audit and reference.
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly performance reports.
- Track and compile team member performance data for evaluation and improvement.
- Collaborate with In-House and Front Line Sales Managers to align on available tour seats and projected tour flow.
- Communicate all relevant marketing and concierge updates clearly and promptly across departments.
- Coordinate with sales leadership regarding updates or changes to marketing programs, including booking processes and gifting policies.
- Submit accurate and timely employee payroll and commissions data.
- Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as required by site or corporate leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in timeshare sales and marketing required.
- Management or supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar environment preferred.
- Strong ability to engage with customers, sales teams, and resort staff in a professional and effective manner.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and resolving issues in a high-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of commission-based payroll systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Flexible availability required, including a rotating schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
