Full job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle work permits, visas, and labor contracts through UAE government systems (e.g., MOHRE, immigration portals).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee payroll processing and leave management.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government systems for visa/work permit processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
