Job Title: Office Assistant (Office Support Staff)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and organized workplace and assist staff with routine administrative and support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises
- Serve beverages to staff and visitors when required
- Assist with internal errands and document delivery
- Support filing, photocopying, and general office tasks
- Assist other departments as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and willing to perform support duties
- Flexible to work at different company locations within the UAE
- Valid UAE visa or eligibility to work in the UAE
