Job Title: Office Assistant (Office Support Staff)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and organized workplace and assist staff with routine administrative and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises
  • Serve beverages to staff and visitors when required
  • Assist with internal errands and document delivery
  • Support filing, photocopying, and general office tasks
  • Assist other departments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and willing to perform support duties
  • Flexible to work at different company locations within the UAE
  • Valid UAE visa or eligibility to work in the UAE
