We are hiring a proactive HR Admin professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR functions including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support procurement and accounting tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and handle logistics.
- Serve as the main contact point for all HR and administrative matters within the department.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- 3-5 years UAE experience mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
