We are hiring a proactive HR Admin professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR functions including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support procurement and accounting tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and handle logistics.
  • Serve as the main contact point for all HR and administrative matters within the department.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • 3-5 years UAE experience mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
