Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness sessions (personal & group training)
- Assess clients’ fitness levels and create personalized workout plans
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure client safety
- Track client progress and motivate them to achieve goals
- Prepare and guide warm-up, workout, and cooldown routines
- Maintain a clean, positive, and professional training environment
- Provide basic nutrition/healthy lifestyle guidance (if applicable)
- Manage session schedule and client follow-ups
