We are seeking a motivated Arabic Showroom Sales Associate to join our furniture showroom in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to consult customers professionally to help them select the ideal furniture for their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly showroom experience.
• Build strong and quick rapport with customers.
• Present products and services clearly and confidently.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and payment options.
• Understand customer concerns and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and showroom activities.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and close sales successfully.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Arabic nationality/candidate required.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or retail within the UAE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Interior design certification or relevant experience is a plus.
