Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a neat, organized, and professional appearance
  • Coordinate visitor access and inform concerned staff of arrivals

Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries
  • Maintain office registers (visitor log, call log, courier records, etc.)
  • Assist in document preparation, filing, and record maintenance
  • Support HR and Admin teams with basic coordination tasks as required

Office Coordination

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements
  • Assist with office supplies management and inventory tracking
  • Support internal communication between departments
  • Ensure adherence to office policies, attendance, and basic discipline at the front office

Customer Service

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and ensure positive customer experience
  • Address basic client queries and route them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle visitors diplomatically

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role
  • Prior experience in UAE corporate or service industry environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of office etiquette and professional communication standards

Working Conditions

  • Working hours 08:30 to 05:30
  • Formal dress code mandatory
  • Office-based role
  • Spouse visa candidates preferred
