- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth seating flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests politely and professionally
- Monitor wait times and communicate accurately with guests
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction at all times
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
