Personal Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support day to day operation and administrative activities. You are required to have good communication, coordination skills, attention to detail, discretion, quality assurance & control and capable of handling responsibilities independently while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management
  • Organize documents, files, and records (digital and physical)
  • Assist with drafting emails, letters, and basic reports
  • Handle basic administrative and office support tasks
  • Assist with personal and business-related errands
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and priorities are managed effectively

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
