Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support day to day operation and administrative activities. You are required to have good communication, coordination skills, attention to detail, discretion, quality assurance & control and capable of handling responsibilities independently while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management
- Organize documents, files, and records (digital and physical)
- Assist with drafting emails, letters, and basic reports
- Handle basic administrative and office support tasks
- Assist with personal and business-related errands
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and priorities are managed effectively
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
