We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista with hands-on experience in events and catering services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, supporting off-site and on-site events, and ensuring excellent guest service at all times.Job description

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista, preferably with events or catering exposure
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and grinders
• Experience in high-volume service environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days
• Physically able to stand for long hours and assist with event setup
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude

Barista Operations

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Manage stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and consumables; report shortages when required

Events & Catering Support

• Support internal and external events, catering functions, and pop-up coffee stations
• Set up, operate, and dismantle coffee equipment for events and off-site catering
• Coordinate with the events, catering, or operations team to ensure smooth service flow
• Provide professional and engaging service to guests during events
• Handle high-volume service efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with transportation, preparation, and storage of equipment and supplies for events
