Westfield Nursery is looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher Assistant to join our team full-time. If you have a genuine love for working with young children and experience in early years education, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and rest time
• Communicate effectively with staff and parents

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in early years or nursery teaching
• Certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education (attested)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A warm, caring, and patient approach to children
