We are looking for a Social Media Customer Service Representative to manage and respond to customer inquiries across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is friendly, fast, detail-oriented, and understands how to communicate professionally while maintaining the brand tone.
* Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages and comments on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, pricing, and delivery
- Provide accurate information and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain quick response times and high customer satisfaction
- Log conversations and customer feedback when required
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Follow brand voice and communication guidelines
* Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or social media handling
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and DM handling
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations
- Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce or online businesses is a plus
