What will you be doing?
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and the ‘go-to’ person for the eToro ME office
- Provide administrative support to the team members and departments, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams on different operational and administrative tasks
- Organise team events and social engagements
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee visa applications and renewals for all staff
- Manage the company’s health insurance scheme for local staff & dependents
- Support employee experience activities together with global and regional HR initiatives
- Responsibility for office management and the facilities
- Work with finance on purchase order and invoice management and assist with other administrative processes, as required
- Provide Company Secretary services for the local entity, including submissions into ADGM Registration Authority portal
- Provide support to the leadership with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Oversee IT equipment orders and inventory levels
- Office roster and meeting room management as well as managing office expenditure and budgets
- Coordination of board meetings, such as preparation of presentations and board meeting minutes
- Assist in managing the office space, employee benefits, and potentially include identifying and managing additional or alternative office locations as the eToro ME team grows
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ of relevant work experience
- Proven administration skills
- Effective time and project management skills.
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to work cross-functionally across many groups in the company.
- Ability to be proactive, maintain confidentiality and be professional at all times.
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a highly agile working environment
