Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of sales and restock the store as needed.
- Mediate and de-escalate any conflicts between staff and clients.
- Ensure proper procedures for receiving products, including verifying products against packing slips and confirming product integrity.
- Assist drivers with unloading and checking in deliveries.
- Initial, code, log, and distribute invoices to appropriate departments.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the receiving area and warehouse.
- Process receiving and shipping documents efficiently.
- Perform inventory control, monitor back stock, and ensure proper product rotation.
- Utilize computer systems for electronic receiving, purchase orders, and inventory management.
- Assist with wholesale orders and customer pickups, ensuring proper documentation.
- Support wholesale operations as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Store Keeper in a retail warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and basic documentation.
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
