We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring proper storage of food items according to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Issue items as per requisitions and follow FIFO procedures
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of the store
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen/F&B departments
- Prepare stock reports and assist with stock audits
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and F&B departments regarding stock requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming food, beverage, and related supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper in the F&B industry
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Excel is a plus)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
