Job Summary:

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and client requirements
  • Assist in handling courier services and tracking shipments
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone or in person
