We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and act as a key point of communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Coordinate sales schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Process sales orders and monitor order status
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and updates
- Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales-related data
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or administration in UAE
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
