Job Summary

The Bar Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere in the sports bar, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage guest flow in a fast-paced sports bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and energetic manner
• Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
• Maintain a positive guest experience during live sports events and peak hours
• Coordinate with bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally
• Promote sports bar offers, events, and live match screenings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and bar entrance
• Ensure compliance with service standards and outlet policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar hostess or guest-facing role, preferably in a sports bar or high-volume outlet
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing personality with a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed appearance in line with brand standards
• Knowledge of sports events and promotions is an advantage
