Assistant to the CEO / PA (Preferably from E U)

We’re Hiring: Assistant to the CEO / Personal Assistant

Location: UAE | Full-time

A leading technology and business media & events platform in the UAE is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Assistant to the CEO / PA. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, supporting our CEO and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the CEO, managing calendars, diaries, and communications (including VIP correspondence).
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, bookings, and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Collaborate with Admin and Events teams to ensure top-quality execution of tasks and events.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation — both locally and during international business trips.
  • Assist in planning and executing our annual summit and other events alongside the Event Coordinator.
  • Support HR functions: maintaining staff files, handling recruitment processes, tracking annual leave, and other HR-related matters.
  • Oversee operational renewals (trade licenses, leases, parking, etc.) in coordination with procurement.
  • Monitor and coordinate general company operations across all departments.
  • Be prepared for occasional business travel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of experience in administration or executive support in corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and a professional demeanor
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written). Multilingual is an advandage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.

Package: AED 9,000 – 11,000 (depending on the field of experience)
