Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contacting and qualifying potential clients for our sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
· Promote company products and services clearly and confidently
· Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions if required
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
· Handle customer objections and inquiries professionally
· Follow up with leads to maximize conversion
Requirements:
· Proven experience in telesales, call center, or customer service is an advantage
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
· Strong listening and negotiation skills
· Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems preferred)
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
