About the Role
We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Junior Beverage Maker to join our kombucha production team in the warehouse. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in preparing, fermenting, bottling, and maintaining quality control of our kombucha. You’ll be working closely with the operations team to ensure our product maintains the highest standards of taste, cleanliness, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in daily brewing and bottling of kombucha.
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for batch tracking, temperatures, and fermentation times.
- Clean and sanitise all equipment before and after use.
- Assist with packaging, labelling, and order preparation.
- Work with the team to load/unload deliveries and manage raw materials.
- Follow the head brewer’s instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in R&D batches when required.
Requirements
- Previous F&B, kitchen, or food manufacturing experience is a must.
- Food handling knowledge and hygiene awareness required.
- Ability to follow strict SOPs and cleanliness protocols.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
- Physically fit and able to lift boxes, bottles, and equipment.
- Must be punctual, hardworking, and a team player.
- Must be comfortable working in a temperature-sensitive environment (cold rooms, warm brewing areas).
- Basic English is preferred.
