Driven Properties is a leading real estate brokerage and lifestyle brand in the UAE. As part of our expansion and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, we are hiring a Barista to join our Abu Dhabi branch and support our client lounge and guest hospitality.

Role Overview
The Barista will be responsible for preparing beverages and refreshments, serving guests and clients professionally, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our office café area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Welcome and attend to guests, clients, and internal staff with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and service area
• Manage stock of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
• Support reception/guest management during peak hours (when needed)
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (internal + UAE requirements)

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista (café, hospitality, hotel, or retail)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, presentable, and professional demeanor
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple orders at once
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi
