Job Overview
We are looking for an Admin / Office Management Assistant to manage daily office operations. The role focuses on office cleanliness, organization, inventory control, and stock management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage office cleanliness and organization
- Ensure pantry, storage, and office areas are clean and well maintained
- Monitor inventory of supplies, tools, linen, and materials
- Track stock levels and report low or missing items
- Organize storage areas and keep records updated
- Support packing and preparation of supplies for daily jobs
- Coordinate with operations and inventory teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in admin, office support, or inventory preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Ability to follow processes and checklists
- Basic English communication required
- Computer knowledge is an advantage
