Job Summary:
The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of a building, ensuring tenant satisfaction, proper maintenance, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the property
• Manage tenant relations, contracts, and complaints
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providers
• Ensure rent collection and basic financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of UAE property management practices preferred
