We are a Dubai-based Real Estate Management company urgently seeking a Female Front Desk / Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally
  • Draft lease agreements and assist with lease renewals
  • Process Ejari registrations and related real estate documentation
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and internal departments
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document organization

Eligibility Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Tagalog
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and related office software Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, including rental agreements and lease renewals
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate firm
  • Proven experience drafting lease agreements and processing Ejari certificates
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
